INSTRUCTIONS FOR “NotThisPrez” viral posting project

STEP 1. TAKE YOUR PHOTO

Find a buddy. Or your pet. 

Make 2 signs:  1) Good presidents… (example: “respect the law.”)     2) Not this president!

Set your camera to aspect ratio 4:3 (width:height)

Pose with your buddy for the camera, each holding one of the signs.

Take your picture. Make adjustments as needed: color, exposure, etc.

Download the NotThisPrez_Frame graphic file provided at:

STEP 2.  INSERT YOUR PHOTO IN THE FRAME 

Go to https://pixlr.com/express/   (easy online tool -- no log-in required, minimal ads.)

At left: “Open Image”

Select image from your file “NotThisPrez_Frame”

It will appear on your screen.

Just below “Layers” at top right, click the + button

Select “Image”

Select your 4:3 photo from your files

It will appear as a small image in the center of your screen.

Click and hold the tiny white corner squares to stretch your image to fit over the dotted rectangle as indicated on the frame.

Select “Save” at lower right.

Select Quality: High or Medium suggested.

Select file type: WebP or PNG suggested.

Choose your title: Like “PF_NotThisPrez” and save to your device.

STEP 3. POST TO SOCIAL MEDIA, ASK OTHERS TO PARTICIPATE

LET’S GO VIRAL! Feel free to share the “NotThisPrez_Frame” file, and these instructions with your friends -- encourage them to post and share widely!
